IN01
Incorporate a Limited Company
Register a new private limited company at Companies House. Can be done online (same day, £50) or by post. Requires company name, SIC code, registered address, directors and shareholders.

Confirmation Statement
Annual confirmation that the company's registered information is accurate. Due within 14 days of your review date. Fee: £34 online. Failure to file is a criminal offence.

Change Director Details
Notify Companies House of changes to a director's details (name, address, nationality). Must be filed within 14 days.

Appoint a Director
Notify Companies House of a new director appointment. Must be filed within 14 days of the appointment date.

Terminate a Director’s Appointment
Notify Companies House when a director resigns or is removed from office. Must be filed within 14 days.

Change Registered Office Address
Notify Companies House of a change to the company's registered office address. The new address must be in the same part of the UK as the original.

DS01
Apply to Strike Off (Close a Company)
Apply to voluntarily dissolve a private limited company. All liabilities must be settled first. HMRC must also be notified. Process typically takes 3–4 months.

People with Significant Control (PSC)
Register of individuals with significant control of a company (25%+ shares, voting rights, or right to appoint directors). Must be maintained and filed at Companies House.
